What are your top 3 tips for sugar free living?

Here is what Dr Fung had to say:

  1. Stick to whole, unprocessed food
  2. Increase your fasting time by cutting out some snacks
  3. Redefine breakfast… Break your fast at a time that suits you. It doesn’t have to be first thing in the morning.
