Full English – Serves 1
2 eggs (cooked any way you like), 3 rashers of bacon, 1 good-quality sausage (at least 80% meat), 1 flat mushroom
A full English breakfast – including bacon and sausages – can even be enjoyed as part of your meal plan
Method: Don’t be afraid to use a frying pan rather than grill for this recipe, and butter as a fat.
Not only will it keep you full, but it will taste delicious, too!
