Berry-delicious smoothie or ice lollies

This is great for a quick breakfast on those hot summers mornings.

My kids also love it so it’s a winner!

So yummy!

You can also make these into healthy popsicles for the kids (or yourself) by pouring the smoothie into ice-cream/popsicles moulds.

 So simple yet so YUMMY!

Serves 1 smoothie or 2 ice lollies

Ingredients

frozen berries
  • Frozen berries - 75g
  • Cream - 60ml
  • Coconut cream - 60ml
  • Cold water - 60ml
  • Coconut oil, melted - 2 tsp
  • Mint leaves, to serve -

Method

  • Put the frozen berries, cream, coconut cream, water and coconut oil in a blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve garnished with a sprig of mint.
