You can also make these into healthy popsicles for the kids (or yourself) by pouring the smoothie into ice-cream/popsicles moulds.

- Frozen berries - 75g
- Cream - 60ml
- Coconut cream - 60ml
- Cold water - 60ml
- Coconut oil, melted - 2 tsp
- Mint leaves, to serve -
- Put the frozen berries, cream, coconut cream, water and coconut oil in a blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve garnished with a sprig of mint.
