Ingredients

Grilled Halloumi Salad
  • Rocket - 1 Handful
  • Halloumi cheese - 60g
  • Young spinach leaves - 2 large handfuls
  • Green pepper - ½
  • Cucumber - 50g
  • Olive oil - 3 parts oil
  • Cider vinegar dressing - 1 vinegar

Method

  1. Grill or fry the halloumi until it’s golden brown, then combine it with the salad ingredients. Whisk together the oil and vinegar to form a dressing and serve.
