Opening in select South African cinemas this Friday, That Sugar Film should (in my biased opinion) be compulsory viewing!
I’ve been lucky enough to see it but am definitely taking my kids, friends, family and whoever else is willing to tag along to see this brilliant documentary.
SO WHAT’S IT ALL ABOUT?
THAT SUGAR FILM is one man’s journey to discover the bitter truth about sugar. Damon Gameau embarks on a unique experiment to document the effects of a high sugar diet on a healthy body, consuming only foods that are commonly perceived as ‘healthy’. Through this entertaining and informative journey, Damon highlights some of the issues that plague the sugar industry, and where sugar lurks on supermarket shelves. THAT SUGAR FILM will forever change the way you think about ‘healthy’ food.
It opens in selected South African cinemas on Friday, ditch the coke and popcorn and book your seats ASAP:

“The Sugar Free Revolution was started to expose the addictive and toxic properties of refined and processed sugar and carbohydrates in our diets, and help people just like you to break their addiction, lose weight, and feel incredible again!”
